- Project was in receivership when purchased
- Excessive damage to siding and roof
- All landcaped areas covered in tiny rocks that needed to be removed
Renovations:
- Replaced existing playground
- Replaced siding, roof, vinyl flooring, carpet, paint and countertops
- Made four units and entire site fully accessible
- Constructed new accessible office
- Turned existing office into a community room for residents
- Repaired or replaced damaged concrete and asphalt
- Replaced landscaping rock with xeriscape shrubs and grasses
