- Replaced old insulation and installed insulated vinyl windows for energy efficiency
- Replaced landscaping with Colorado blue spruce, sunburst honey locust, paymore ash and lots of grass for kids to play on
- Remediated mold in crawl space and added ventilation and a vapor barrier
